Jerome Construction is a general contractor that conducts complete gut rehabilitation, moderate rehabilitation, structural work, systems replacement, domestic water and gas re-pipes, as well as boiler installations. Jerome works to clear all building violations in order to obtain Certificates of Occupancy. Open lines of communication are maintained throughout the construction progress with building owners as well as Tenant community leaders and organizers.

Jerome Construction has experience in the 8-A Loan Program, the Participation Loan Program, NEP, NRP, as well as in the private sector. Jerome works with NYC HPD, LISC, Enterprise, and the Community Preservation Corp., as well as private owners. Additionally, Jerome Construction has developed projects with such non-profits as Aquinas Housing Corp., South Bronx Management, and MBD Housing Development Corp.
