The management team evaluates the physical premises for security as well as the enrollment of buildings in the Clean Hallways Program with the NYPD. Jerome conducts tenant surveys, compiles profiles on residents, and evaluates the physical and security needs in and around the building in order to devise and develop solutions. Recommendations are then made to the owner and an approved repair plan is designed and implemented.
